WonderTea! Natural Healing Remedy

We made our first batch of Zeolite WonderTea!

Through a simple process of boiling down living and dried plants, natural minerals, and seeds, a tea can be made to cleanse and heal the body.  Many herbs and seeds can be easily attained to create whole body wellness!  Our first experiment consisted of a few key ingredients.  Namely Zeolites, bear / osha root, and bitter root.  The zeolites we are talking about are derived from ancient volcanic ash with a unique crystalline structure.  These edible zeolites are somewhat elusive and increasingly rare but still readily available.  Adding them to your daily regimen can help to remove many harmful toxic metals from the body and increase toxin removal.

First we began by setting our intentions.  "This tea is to balance and heal the body and bring it to its optimal state of well being.  Though natural living herbs and seeds we cultivate an energetic signature within the water to create a healing tea to share with all. "  Then we went about crushing and preparing the mixture.  The aromas were invigorating and I felt a deep connection with myself as I created the tea.  All in all the process took about an hour.

"When I had the first taste I was both delighted and surprised by the flavor and energy.  I felt the tea warm and enliven my body, like a gift from Mother Earth to heal my ails."

The recipe and ingredients were gifted to me by Naturalist Healer John Walkabout, who learned the techniques from his Native American grandmother.  Through herbs, and minerals, we have made a tea and oil to be used for many healing purposes.

To begin we gathered fresh basil and a couple orange blossoms from my garden.  Next  we boiled half a gallon of shungite infused water with the zeolites, ground roots, seeds, and live leaves and flowers.  We used a mortar and pestle to grind down dried herbs/roots/seeds but added the fresh leaves and flowers whole and intact.  It is important to grind the ingredients during the process to promote fresh raw vital energy.  The act of your focused grinding and effort infuses itself within the tea taking on your love and intentions.

Thanks to my awesome friends John and Alexis for partaking in this tea making ceremony!

The combination is limitless in the different ingredients added, and the process can be done with any preference of herbs / seeds / roots / minerals / leaves / flowers  but its important to have the zeolites to facilitate the best healing process.  These things, when taken untainted from the Earth, will aid in healing the body on every level.  Follow your intuition to find the right ingredients for you!  Some things can react adversely with one another so take care to research and verify your ingredients.

**Note, if you are taking prescription medications, have cancer, or other life threatening illnesses trust in your guidance to make the right decisions in consulting with doctors, natropaths, homeopathy centers, and other alternative healing modalities.  This blog is meant to empower the individual through connecting to Nature and the Earth that we live with.  Fear based mentality that creates disease is a curable condition but only through the means of free will and choice.

List of Ingredients:

1. Zeolites  Zeolites are natural volcanic minerals with unique, complex crystalline structures. Studies show they helps to balance pH within the body, reduce allergies, act as antioxidants, and aid liver function [1]. Zeolites also appear to help with digestion and, most importantly, they may also help remove toxic metals from the body.

The molecules in Zeolites contain a powerful magnetic energy, which can be used to attract and hold several types of toxins. The idea is that Zeolites pull the metals out of afflicted tissues and into themselves. This ability may be especially important for removing lead, aluminum cadmium, arsenic and mercury. These metals are then passed out of the body through urination and defecation.  One natural Zeolite, Clinoptilolite, was discovered to assist in removing toxic metal toxins through urination without depleting the body’s store of essential electrolytes [2]. These studies are extremely encouraging, because they suggest Zeolites can help with alleviating accumulated toxic metals.
The benefits of Zeolite have been known in the medical community for many years. They have been used for blood purification, Zeolites have been used to detox the body of lead and also known to fight diarrhea and harmful organisms.

2. Bear Root (Ohsa) Bear Root contains volatile and fixed oils, and a very bitter alkaloid which has been shown to increase blood flow to the coronary arteries and the brain. This is a bitter, camphoraceous warming herb that stimulates the circulation, kidneys and uterus. It is also anti-bacterial, anti-viral, improves digestion, and is an expectorant and increases perspiration.
Bear/Osha Root can be used medicinally internally to treat bronchial infections, coughs, digestive complaints, fevers, painful menstruation, toothaches, retained placenta and virus infections.  It can help alleviate breathing problems in a number of capacities.  It helps clear mucus from the sinuses and lungs by increasing expectoration; this relieves congestion and makes breathing easier. This root also increases blood circulation to the lungs, which increases dilation during constriction. For this reason, it is of particular interest as a support mechanism for emphysema, pneumonia, asthma, and allergies, and helps one to take deeper breaths.
Bear/Osha root is commonly used as a multi-therapy for cold and flu symptoms. The root has demonstrated activity against harmful organisms and, when taken at the onset of cold, may help reduce the window of time in which indications are experienced. Although osha root doesn’t have a direct antihistamine action, its effect is similar, and using a root tincture during a histamine flare up can lessen indications of head colds and respiratory ailments. One of the most notable benefits of osha root is its numbing effect, used to help soothe the irritated tissue of a sore throat.  Bear Root (Osha) can be used externally to treat minor injuries and skin infections. (not recommenced for pregnant women courtesy of Global Healing Center)  Bear Root has no known side effects other than an allergy or hypersensitivity to bear root or to bear roots plant family. However, over time high doses of bear root are taken it may cause kidney or liver toxicity. No adverse reactions have been reported with the use of bear root. (courtesy of Gracie Lynn)

3. Bitter Root   Bitterroot was an important source of nutrition for many Native Americans. Approximately 50 to 80 grams, or one to three ounces, of boiled bitterroot provided enough energy to sustain an active person for up to 24 hours, according to Montana Plant Life.
The root affects the heart and promotes secretion of milk. An infusion of the root has been used to increase the milk flow in nursing mothers, to relieve heart pain and the pain of pleurisy and also as a blood purifier. The root has been eaten raw to counteract the effects of poison ivy rash and as a treatment for diabetes. The pounded dry root has been chewed in the treatment of sore throats.
A poultice of the raw roots has been applied to sores.
According to the Native American Center for Excellence at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, the root has even been known as "Indian Tums" because, like the popular over-the-counter antacid, it has the ability to calm the stomach."

Bitterroot was once widely used to numb certain types of pain. American Indians relied on a bitterroot infusion to alleviate discomfort caused by heart conditions like angina as well as pleurisy, a painful inflammation in the area around the lungs. The root was applied to relieve the burning itch and inflammation caused by poison ivy. Even today, some American Indians still chew the dried root to numb the pain of a sore throat, according to ABC News Health. It's been speculated that the sore throat relief may come from the increase in saliva when the root is chewed.

6. Fresh Basil The round, often pointed leaves of the basil plant looks a lot like peppermint to which it is related. Its highly fragrant leaves are used as a seasoning herb.

The unique array of active constituents called flavonoids found in basil provide protection at the cellular level. Orientin and vicenin are two water-soluble flavonoids that have been of particular interest in basil, and in studies on human white blood cells; these components of basil protect cell structures as well as chromosomes from radiation and oxygen-based damage.

In addition, basil has been shown to provide protection against unwanted bacterial growth. These anti-bacterial properties of basil are not associated with its unique flavonoids, but instead with its volatile oils.  Lab studies show the effectiveness of basil in restricting growth of numerous bacteria.  Basil qualifies as an "anti-inflammatory" food that can provide important healing benefits along with symptomatic relief for individuals with inflammatory health problems like rheumatoid arthritis or inflammatory bowel conditions.

-Water boiled with basil leaves can be taken as drink in case of sore throat.

-The herb is useful in the treatment of respiratory system disorder. A decoction of the leaves, with honey and ginger is an effective remedy for bronchitis, asthma, influenza, cough and cold. A decoction of the leaves, cloves and common salt also gives immediate relief in case of influenza. They should be boiled in half a liter of water till only half the water is left and add then taken.  Basil has a beneficial effect in cardiac disease and the weakness resulting from them.

-It reduces the level of blood cholesterol.

-Basil leaves are regarded as an 'adaptogen' or anti-stress agent. Recent studies have shown that the leaves afford significant protection against stress. Even healthy persons can chew 12 leaves of basil, twice a day, to prevent stress. It purifies blood and helps prevent several common elements.

-Basil has strengthening effect on the kidney. In case of renal stone the juice of basil leaves and honey, if taken regularly for 6 months it will expel them via the urinary tract. (courtesy of Ayurvedic Health Remedies)

9. Shungite Infused Water.  Shungite is a rare Precambrian carbonaceous rock of organic origin, found only in Russia, Karelia, Lake Onega area.  Scientists estimate the age of shungite to be almost 2 billion years old. The origin of this ancient stone is clouded in mystery... as to how it came to occur on this planet is unclear.
Some say Shungite may have been formed in ancient oceans, and ended up on the land when land forms changed. Others say it came to earth from outer space on a meteorite.   One thing is certain, its molecular structure is uniquely carbon and dated back to a time, according to our modern "history", carbon life didnt exist.  Made of decayed and ancient forests, carbonized over billions of years, this would make shungite proof of the ancient cycles of the planet.
Encoded with the dna blue print of a perfect carbon molecule, shungite infused water can enhance and purify the waters molecular nature, creating a unique healing water.  It is said that shungite cures anything that ails the body.  Through prolonged used and interaction with the stone, the carbon molecules of the human body will align to shungites unique carbon shape.

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
>The Fullerene is one of 4 known crystalline modifications of carbon (except diamond, graphite and carbon).
>Only recently discovered, fullerenes were among the scientific sensations of the 20th century.
Named after the great architect, Buckminster Fuller, this closed, hollow cage of 60 or more carbon atoms that form a fullerene molecule, resembles the geodesic domes popularized in his work.

>A fullerene is any molecule composed entirely of carbon, in the form of a hollow sphere, ellipsoid or tube. Spherical fullerenes are also called buckyballs.
>On the fundamental frequency of fullerenes, the buckyballs of shungite fall right around the middle at c60 / c70, making the composition of the carbon safe and stable.

>Fullerenes are compounds containing 60 carbon atoms. C60 is shaped like a closed hollow cage which resembles a soccer ball.
>The discovery of the Fullerene was hailed as an important scientific discovery in the 20th century. It is usually found in tiny quantities in nature or made in a laboratory
It is however found in shungite!

Shungite is one of Mother Nature's finest gifts for cleansing the environment. It works equally well for cleansing the human body. When water made with shungite is consumed, it balances and gently cleanses. Research from Russia indicates there is a decrease in the histamine in the bloodstream of those who drink shungite water-and a corresponding decrease in allergies. Shungite water also improves the elasticity of the skin and many skin problems. The water has been used externally for burns, rashes, insect bites, and small wounds. It has also been used internally for a long list of maladies. Emotional and psychological effects may be due to codes carried in the crystalline matrix of the fullerene-rich stone. Shungite interacts with the structure of water creating fullerene-like cages within the molecular water matrix. Codes for balance and harmony (the purpose of shungite on the Earth) are released and carried within the newly developed structure of the water. It is recommend shungite be used to "polish" already filtered and structured water. Using it to filter water may not be an efficient use of its potential
